Official representative organisation of the Austrian Producer Organisations (POs) for fruit and vegetables e.V.
Therefore the members of the amcAustria are the Austrian Producer Organisations for fruit and vegetables.
One aim of the POs is the concentration of their supply. As a result the position of the agrarian producers on the market should be improved. They are essential actors that strengthen the power of the farmers towards the food retailers. amcAustria represents the interests of the POs and supports their goals. In addition there should be a continual exchange of experience and information between the members.
Chairman of amcAustria is Mr. Josef Peck - CEO of the PO Sonnengemüse Vertriebs GmbH. Daily business of amcAUSTRIA is transacted by gfa-consulting gmbh (www.gfa.co.at), a consulting company located in Weiz in Austria (Styria).
